Rolando is organizing this fundraiser for Guillermo Nieczyporuk, known as Guille to friends and family, and for Guille’s wife and two school-aged children. While spending time with family and playing soccer at a public park, Guille suffered a heart attack. He remained in a coma for one week and, heartbreakingly, passed away without waking up. His loss was sudden and devastating, leaving behind a family that loved him deeply and depended on him every day. Guille was the household’s only source of income, so in addition to the pain of losing a beloved husband, father, and friend, his family is now facing immediate financial hardship.

This fundraiser will help cover funeral and memorial arrangements and provide short-term financial support for Guille’s family as they navigate the difficult weeks ahead. Five years ago, the family made one of the biggest decisions of their lives, leaving things behind to follow Guille’s dream, a dream they embraced together as a family. That dream still lives on, even though its author left too soon, and now they hope to keep writing the pages he began. Guille is remembered as an excellent husband, a wonderful father, a tireless worker, a thoughtful counselor, and above all, a good friend.
