Our family is going through a very difficult and unexpected time. On March 2, 2026 around 4:00 PM, my husband Guillermo Garcia, a 24-year-old father of three, was seriously injured in a fire and explosion near Avenue J & Lockwood in Houston. Guillermo suffered severe burns to his back, arms, hands, ears, and scalp and is currently receiving treatment in Houston. His recovery will be a long journey and will require multiple surgeries, ongoing medical treatment, follow-up care, and physical therapy.

Guillermo is a loving father to our three young children (6, 2, and 1) and someone who has always been known for caring for others and helping anyone in need. We have created this fundraiser to help support medical expenses and the long recovery process ahead. Any donation, no matter the amount, would mean so much to our family.
