inCUREable: Support Guillaume On His Cancer Journey
Donation protected
Guillaume was diagnosed with Alveolar Soft Part Sarcoma in mid-2023 and told he would be dead in 60 days if he did nothing. Though no one has ever survived Stage IV ASPS and the cancer has now spread to four different parts of his body, he refuses to give up. He receives immunotherapy treatments every three weeks and does his best to live life to the fullest. Not only did he marry the love of his life, but he shares the ups and downs of his condition via his YouTube channel in the hopes of inspiring others.
Medical Info:
- There is no known cure for advanced stages of ASPS and only one treatment (immunotherapy), which must be administered intravenously every three weeks and has a 60% chance of working.
- No one has ever survived Stage IV ASPS.
- Even with treatment, Guillaume's odds of still being alive in 5 years are 10%.
- The cancer first appeared in Guillaume's right thigh, then travelled to the lungs (where it was diagnosed), then to his brain, and finally, his liver.
Personal Info:
- Guillaume is stubborn (his first name means "strong-willed"), and he won't give up. He has already proven the doctors wrong multiple times by outliving their prognoses and plans on continuing to do so for a very long time.
