For my bat mitzvah, I have selected a mitzvah project that gives back to a cause that has a lot of meaning for my family and I.
In loving memory of my mom Lindsay and my first dog Cabo, I am creating this fundraiser to support Guiding Eyes for the Blind, an organization that provides guide dogs to individuals with vision loss. These amazing dogs not only enhance independence but also bring joy to those who need them most. To remember my mom, who believed in the power of love that dogs can bring to a home, I'd love to carry that forward by helping others.
Your donations will directly contribute to:
- Providing guide dogs to individuals in need, fostering independence and confidence.
- Sustaining training programs that ensure dogs are well-matched with their handlers.
- By raising $7,500 - I will have the opportunity to name a Guiding Eyes dog for my mom!
