My name is Vanessa Marquez, and with a heavy heart, I am asking for your help. We recently lost my dad, Guadalupe Marquez, after his courageous battle with cancer. It was sudden news and he left us quickly after. From hospital bills and now funeral costs, it’s been hard. He was not just my father—he was an amazing grandfather, a loyal friend to so many, and one of the hardest-working men you could ever meet.

He dedicated his entire life to his family and worked tirelessly to provide and take care of those he loved. He had the biggest heart and always put others first, even when he was fighting his own battles. His strength and kindness touched everyone who knew him.

Now, it’s our turn to honor him the way he deserves. We want to give him a proper farewell—a funeral that reflects the love and respect he earned throughout his life. Unfortunately, the costs are more than we can handle alone, and we were not financially prepared for this loss.
