Hi! My name is Griselda Lopez. If you know me, you know the marching arts are such an important part of my life, especially coming from a band family.

This summer, I have the opportunity to spin for The Bluecoats Drum and Bugle Corps for the 2026 season. The Bluecoats are known to be one of the most elite groups in the activity. I am ecstatic for the opportunity to learn from wonderful educators, learn more about myself, the activity, and make so many memories.

I’m so close to being fully paid off; however, the costs for the activity have been rising each year, and that’s where I’m asking for your support!

Tour fees round up to roughly $7,000. These fees include education, housing, equipment, staff, food, and transportation. The Bluecoats will be touring all the way in California this summer for the first time since 2009!

DCI has been a dream of mine for so long, and it’s so close to becoming a dream come true!
