Hi, friends! As many of you know by now, Greyson was in a car accident on the evening of July 29, and got admitted to the hospital on July 30. After a MRI, it was concluded that he had a severely herniated disc in his back that was pressing on 3 separate nerves, causing extreme pain and making it difficult for him to walk. Greyson stayed in the hospital and thankfully (!!!) was able to get in for an emergency surgery on August 4 to remove the herniation. The surgery went well and now he is looking at about 6-8 weeks of recovery.

During this recovery time, Greyson is unable to work and is without income. And with the accident, we are down to one car for the time being. We are hoping to receive a settlement from this in the future but that will be a very lengthy process with an unknown outcome.

Our world has been turned upside down for the time being, but we have already been overwhelmed with the kind messages and support that we've received from all of you. We are setting up this fund with the goal of reaching $3000 to help get us through the next couple of months. This money will help us continue to pay bills, buy groceries, and keep our heads above water until Greyson is well enough to go back to work.
