Greyson is a bright and resilient child who has faced more challenges in his young life than most people do in a lifetime. Diagnosed with Beals Hecht Syndrome and infantile scoliosis at just 3 months old, Greyson’s journey has been anything but easy. Over the years, his scoliosis has progressed to a severe 120 degree curve, and now, he is preparing for two major spine surgeries that will require him to be hospitalized for approximately 45 days, far from the comfort of home.
On January 12th, Greyson will undergo his first surgery to have a Halo Gravity Traction placed, which he will need for six weeks. Then, on February 23rd, he will face a spinal fusion and growing rod placement. These surgeries are critical for his health and future, but they also mean our family will be 2.5 hours away from home, managing not only the emotional toll but also the financial strain that comes with extended hospital stays.
The funds raised will help us cover essential expenses like bills, gas for traveling back and forth, food, and other necessities that arise while Greyson is in the hospital. We are deeply grateful to everyone who has already supported Greyson and to those who will continue to stand by him as he embarks on this journey. Greyson has a way of touching the hearts of everyone he meets—he truly never meets a stranger. Your support, no matter how small or in any form, means the world to us. Please keep Greyson in your prayers and thank you for being part of his story.
