My grandson has been going back and fourth to Mayo in Rochester several times a month since December. It started out with a pulmonologist for his uncontrolled asthma. Then they started to meet with an allergist to figure out how to get his allergies uncontrolled in order to help the asthma. Next they met with a sleep doctor and after several tests Greysen was diagnosed with sleep apnea and narcolepsy two. He still isn’t done. He’ll need an MRI of the brain and meeting with a neurologist and endocrinologist. He also started the injections for his allergies which requires a trip to Mayo every two weeks.

Melissa is the first to help everyone else. Let this be a chance to help her while they spend time off work driving to and from appointments. Spending money on food and hotels when needed.

Greysen loves playing sports, fishing, and being with his family. These injections every two weeks will hopefully allow him to get back to do all the things he enjoys without feeling sick all the time.

He was put on medication for the narcolepsy two to help him be more alert during the day so that school won’t be a struggle once it starts back up.
