Meet Greysen, a sweet and resilient cat who has been under our care for almost a year. Unfortunately, Greysen has been battling a painful and chronic condition called feline stomatitis—a severe inflammation of the mouth that makes everyday activities like eating extremely uncomfortable.
Over the past year, we’ve done everything we can to help him feel better. Last year, Greysen underwent a dental procedure where several teeth were extracted, and an oral polyp was removed. Despite these interventions, his condition has not improved. He continues to suffer from bad breath, severe gum redness, drooling, and difficulty eating, all clear signs that he is still in significant pain.
Our veterinarian has determined that the best and most effective treatment for Greysen’s stomatitis is a full-mouth tooth extraction. While this may sound extreme, it is actually the most successful long-term solution for this condition and often leads to dramatic improvement in comfort and quality of life. Many cats recover well after full extractions and are finally able to eat without pain.
This surgery is costly, and we cannot do it alone. We are asking for help to raise funds to cover Greysen’s dental surgery, anesthesia, medications, and follow-up care. Every donation—no matter the size—goes directly toward relieving his pain and giving him the chance to live comfortably again.
If you’re unable to donate, sharing Greysen’s story means just as much. Thank you for reading, supporting, and helping us give Greysen the pain-free life he deserves.
