Support Gretchen's Road to Recovery

June 25th Gretchen B. got into a car wreck on her way to work. The car flipped 5 times, paramedics said she was lucky to be alive. She shattered her humerus bone, fractured her scapula, the ligaments are torn in her ankle and she has lost sensation in her left hand. The recovery time is said to be a year for basic mobility and she requires physical and occupational therapy three times a week.
Gretchen is a registered nurse, before the wreck she was passionate in caring for geriatric patients at a long term care facility and was looking forward to starting her BSN in the spring semester. Her life and passion is nursing, she worked as a CNA when Covid19 broke out and became a nurse shortly after working in the ICU. With this injury she is unable to work as a nurse for at least a year and may never be able to if she cant gain back full control of her arm through intensive physical therapy.
Unfortunately, the hospital stay alone drained all our savings and we still have about 50,000+ in medical debt. While she is healing and learning how to use her arm again she will be out of work and bills keep wracking up. We need help, and we appreciate any and all support from the bottom of our hearts. Please help Gretchen on her journey healing and hopefully going back to nursing!
These proceeds will be put towards medical bills, housing, and groceries. Thank you again for the support.
