It is with great sadness that we announce the unexpected passing of TSgt Jared Fox on Wednesday, April 30th. TSgt Fox was a proud member of the 180th Fighter Wing Logistics Readiness Squadron, where he honorably served in Vehicle Maintenance for 18 years. A true aviation enthusiast, Jared found joy in building model jets and tracking aircraft from his desktop; always ready to rush outside and watch them fly overhead.
Jared was a family man. A devoted husband and dedicated father, he loved and lived for his family. His sense of humor, kindness, and loyalty earned him lifelong friendships. He was a mentor, and his generosity and warmth left a lasting impact on everyone who met him. Jared had a remarkable ability to connect with people. He never met a stranger and would give the shirt off his back to help someone in need. He lived his life with integrity, he believed in the power of genuine relationships, and he led a life guided by purpose, hard work, and compassion. To know Jared was a privilege and losing him has left an enormous hole in our hearts and lives.
Jared leaves behind his beloved wife, Gretchen, and three children: Teagan (13), Mason (2), and Aiden (5 months).
The funds raised through this GoFundMe will go directly to Gretchen and the children, to relieve financial stress and provide ongoing support during this unimaginable time of grief and loss. Your generosity will also contribute to the future education of Jared's children, helping to carry forward the legacy of an amazing man who gave so much to others.
