We come together today to support Greg, our beloved classmate, friend, brother, father, son, and cousin. Many of us remember Greg’s generous heart, easy smile, and unwavering faith. Now, he’s facing some of the toughest challenges of his life.

Over the years, Greg has worked hard to support his family and community. He spent time as a school bus driver, making sure our children got to and from school safely each day. Determined to grow, he earned his CDL endorsements and built his own trucking business as an owner-operator, moving freight across the country to provide for his loved ones.

But life on the road isn’t easy. Imagine being hundreds of miles from home, behind the wheel, trying to stay focused in the driver’s lane while your heart and mind are back home—worrying about a sick parent, praying for strength, and wondering what tomorrow will bring. The road may be quiet, but the burden Greg carries is anything but.

Greg’s life was deeply shaken during the pandemic. Both of his beloved parents became seriously ill. He recently lost his father, and his mother remains gravely ill. Through it all, Greg continues to push forward, balancing grief, caregiving, and work with unwavering faith—but now, he needs our support.

As someone who’s known Greg a long time, this cause is personal. We were great friends and classmates, and we shared classes like auto mechanics since the 9th grade. Just this past week, by the grace of GOD and through another close friend, Steve, Greg and I crossed paths for the first time since graduation day in 1984. Life had taken us in different directions, and we hadn’t seen each other in decades—but the bond of brotherhood and shared memories instantly came back.

Now, I feel called to help him—and to ask you to do the same.

Whether you knew Greg closely or just remember him from school, please consider lending a hand.

Every donation, every share, every prayer counts. Your contribution will help Greg with funeral expenses, medical bills, and the everyday costs of keeping his family going during this incredibly difficult time.

Let’s come together as the PHS Class of 1984 and beyond to support one of our own.

With Heartfelt Thanks To ALL,
