There are several close friends who are trying to help Gregory (Greg) Carlton with his special needs. Therefore, we've set up the "Gregory Carlton Special Needs Trust", an irrevocable trust designed to assist Greg with his financial needs as his health challenges continue to increase.

His challenges include prostate cancer, kidney disease, and a degenerative spinal condition. He now requires a walker to assist his mobility.

* Transportation and mobility assistance

* Medical care and adaptive equipment not covered by Medicaid

* Programs that enrich his life and bring him joy
