Greetings, Friends, Admirers, and neighbors of Greg M. Stowell.

As many of you know by now, our good friend Greg passed away on January 11th. As we each cope with this loss and gather quietly over coffee at his favorite spots in the neighborhood, we consider ways to best celebrate his life. We have two opportunities planned for us to meet in fellowship, and we are thinking of a more permanent way to establish a lasting symbol in Jackson Heights.

We hope that you will consider a donation to this GoFundMe. Money raised will cover expenses related to organizing the programs listed below. In addition, we are planning to dedicate a tree, bench, planting, or other suitable memorial in his beloved neighborhood of Jackson Heights, Queens, where all of the community can take some time to meditate and smile with thoughts and happy memories of Greg M. Stowell.

With your generous support, we are planning to honor and celebrate Greg's life over St. Patrick's Day weekend. (He loved his stout!)
