Hi, my name is Tony Furr, and I’m raising funds for someone who means a lot to me—my good friend, Greg Purkey. You may know him as “Purkey “

On April 4th, Greg’s life changed in an instant. He was involved in a devastating motorcycle accident and had to be airlifted to the hospital. What started as a normal day turned into a fight for his life. Greg suffered multiple injuries, including a Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI), and he still has a long road ahead of him.

Watching someone you care about go through something like this is incredibly hard. Greg is strong, but recovery from a brain injury is not quick or easy. There are good days and difficult days, and every step forward takes time, patience, and strength.

Because of his injuries, Greg will not be able to work for a while. That means no steady income while the bills continue to come in—medical expenses, everyday living costs, and everything in between. The stress of that alone can be overwhelming, and he shouldn’t have to carry that burden while trying to heal.

Greg is the kind of person who shows up for others without hesitation—the one who would give you the shirt off his back and never ask for anything in return. Now, he needs us.
