Hello all!

I don't really know how to make something like this, as we are in uncharted territory right now. I know it is the holiday season and in this economy things are tight for everyone! With that being said every little bit helps and sometimes you just have to ask for help.

My 87 year old Grandpa was in a pretty terrible car accident on November 21st and had to be air lifted to Medical City Plano with a brain bleed, multiple fractures to his neck and back as well as a laundry list of other injuries. He is currently in ICU on a long road to recovery . As of now he has already had multiple surgeries and complications along the way. 

 He is surpassing most expectations in recovery but it is a day to day battle that is far from over. My Grandma has been by his side day in and day out bravely taking everything in stride, along with several of my family members. Everyone has spent countless days and nights in the hospital waiting room, eating various cafeteria items, hospital coffee, take out and vending machine snacks as one does. This fundraiser is set up to hopefully ease the financial strain of the costs they are faced with while we wait patiently for him to heal and come home, as well help with the mountains of hospital bills one can only imagine will most certainly follow his return home as they are both on a fixed retirement income.
