My name is Idalis, and I’m reaching out to ask for your support for my wonderful grandma, Judy. The past two months have been incredibly difficult for her, bringing an onslaught of unexpected health challenges.

She has recently been diagnosed with Lumbar Spinal Stenosis and Polymyalgia Rheumatica because of the severity of these conditions, her doctors have officially deemed her disabled, meaning she can no longer work. While she collects Social Security, it unfortunately is not enough to cover her basic living and medical expenses each month.

Anyone who knows my grandma knows that she is one of the most hardworking, selfless, and caring people you will ever meet. She has spent her entire life sacrificing to take care of others. Now, at a time when she should finally be able to take a breath and enjoy her life, she has been hit with severe, debilitating pain.

My Grandma Judy has always loved to stay busy—whether she's working, crocheting, or keeping a spotless house. These diagnoses have completely stripped that away from her. Most days, she faces severe numbness in her arms and legs, leaving her unable to move and confining her to her bed.

It breaks our hearts to see such a fiercely loving and independent woman in this position. Any donation, no matter how small, is deeply appreciated. 100% of the funds will go directly toward her accumulating medical bills and essential household expenses so she can focus on managing her pain without the constant stress of financial survival.
