Help Gracie Cantrell get to National Youth Leadership Forum. Pathways to STEM. An envision of worldstrides program to be held at University of Dallas this summer for a week.
Gracie is a fifth grader at Bowie Intermediate School and was selected by her teacher, Ms. Hancock as she recognized exceptional maturity, scholastic merit and leadership potential even at this young age.
NYLF pathways to STEM is designed to give future leaders an unparalleled opportunity while still in elementary school to discover their personal strengths and to begin to acquire the leadership and life skills needed for academic and career success.
Gracie will be engaging in hands on workshops focused on five skills that are essential to success: emotional awareness, communication, collaboration, critical thinking and goal setting. She will also have the opportunity to explore a future career in three exciting STEM pathways: medicine, engineering and crime scene investigation. She will practice medical techniques during a realistic stimulation titled When Care Is Hours Away.
The cost of the program is $3,000. This covers the costs of the program and her week long stay at The University of Dallas.
