Support Grace's Journey with YWAM Training

I hope this message finds you well! I wanted to take a moment to share something exciting that I’ll be embarking on this January. I’ll be joining Youth With a Mission (YWAM) for their Fire and Fragrance Discipleship Training School (DTS), and I’m reaching out to let you know about it in case you feel led to financially support me on this journey.

I have a long history with YWAM, dating back to when my parents did their DTS when I was around six years old. Over the years, I've had the opportunity to attend foundation school on the Kona campus, as a child and in high school, along with participating in several of their summer camps. I've always had a desire to attend a DTS myself.

Here’s a little more about my plans:

I completed my Bachelors Degree in Psychology from Liberty University (Online) on December 13. This makes it the perfect time to take a step of faith and jump into something new with YWAM. Fire and Fragrance DTS, has two phases:

Lecture Phase (the first 3 months): I’ll be in Kona, Hawaii, where I’ll deepen my understanding of God’s Word, engage in small group activities, and reflect on my personal walk with Him. This will include classroom teachings, practical service, and community living with like-minded people.

Outreach Phase (the next 2-3 months): This phase will take me to another community, where I’ll apply what I’ve learned by sharing God’s love and serving others in practical ways.

The total cost for the DTS program is $10,000 (not including travel fees which I plan to cover from personal savings). The lecture phase is $4,095 and the outreach phase is $6,000. Overall it’d be ideal to raise around $8,500 to also help cover food, toiletries, ect. Though I am extremely grateful for whatever amount I can raise!

A few important things to note:

Donations can be made directly through my YWAM payment portal Grace Ord YWAM Payment Portal or Through Venmo @Grace-Ord7 or through this Go Fund Me page.

Donations to me for this for program are not tax-deductible.

My final payment for the lecture phase is due by December 29th.

The final payment for the outreach phase is March 5th.

I don’t know where my outreach will be yet, but once I do I will send out an update!
