Hi, my name is Grace. I am currently in a women’s shelter out of county due to leaving an abusive relationship. I have lost both stable housing and employment.

Despite my continuous efforts to secure new employment, I know that I will not have stable income by the end of this month.

I have found new housing as well as a roommate- we put down a small amount as deposit, and the landlord is flexible. But I do not have enough to cover my first month when we sign the lease on October 1st. I will not have the ability to cover rent, groceries and other basic needs until I secure employment.

Right now, I have very limited funds left. If I don’t raise the money it may mean losing this housing opportunity. I need help getting safe and stable while I regain my footing. Any amount helps and is so greatly appreciated.
