The God of heaven will give us success;… therefore we his servants will arise and build.
Nehemiah 2:20
Dear Esteemed Family in Christ,
We are the Grace in Christ Evangelical Church (GCEC) planted in Richmond, Virginia. GCEC
has been a beacon of God’s love, grace, truth for our small Ethiopian Community in the Greater
Richmond Region. For years, we have been gathered in rental worship room from churches
around the city of Richmond. With the help of God, our number is continuously growing. So,
that small space we leased, is becoming crowded for our fast-growing number and more
importantly we need more space for children ministry who need additional rooms to learn the
word of God. Now, with God’s leading, we believe it is time to take faithful step forward to
purchase a permanent building where we can worship, minister, and serve our community more
effectively and efficiently.
We humbly ask for your support in realizing this vision. Every contribution, no matter how
small, will bring us one step closer to our goal. Together, we can build a place of worship that
will inspire, uplift, and change lives.
Join hands and pray with the GCEC as we embark on this sacred journey. Your generosity with
contributing to a GoFundMe link created for raising money to purchase a worship place for
GCEC will make an eternal difference in the lives of countless men, women, and children of the
community and spread the word of God to our neighbors.
Thank you for considering our plea. With God and through his grace we can make this vision a
reality.
