Hi, my name is Kim Shiela. I’m reaching out with love and hope as I organize this fundraiser for my amazing mother, Grace del Rosario.

Recently, our family received life-changing news: my mom has been diagnosed with Stage 3 Rectal Adenocarcinoma. This diagnosis has been difficult, but we’re staying strong and hopeful as we face this challenge together.

Her treatment journey begins with colostomy surgery. After this initial step, she will undergo a combination of chemotherapy and radiation, followed by a major surgery called Abdominoperineal Resection (APR)—a procedure necessary for her full recovery.

This path is tough, but we believe in her strength and spirit, and the power of community.
