Hi everyone,

This is Gorda, our sweet red nose pitbull who has been part of our family for many years. For a while, Gorda was being cared for by a neighbor of my mom’s, but unfortunately, she was neglected during that time.

When we got her back, she was in rough shape — suffering from a severe flea infestation, a yeast infection, and now she’s been diagnosed with hemangiosarcoma, a type of cancer. She has a painful mass under her belly that needs to be surgically removed as soon as possible.

The vet has estimated $3,400 for her surgery and follow-up visits. We’re doing everything we can, but we need help to cover these costs. Despite everything, Gorda is still full of love and strength — she wags her tail, loves cuddles, and continues to fight every day.

We just want to give her the care she deserves and the chance to live comfortably without pain.
