Hi, my name is Julie, and I’m reaching out to ask for your support in keeping Good Times Bar & Grill open.
Over the past year, Good Times has become more than just a bar and grill—it’s been a second home, a gathering place, and a safe haven for friends, families, and neighbors. It’s where we’ve celebrated birthdays, shared laughs after long days, danced to live music, and made memories that will last a lifetime.
The bar employs about 25 young people who count on steady income to support themselves and their families—especially in today’s tough job market. The owners have always put employees and customers first, treating everyone like family. They’ve operated the business with zero debt, never taking a paycheck for themselves. Their only goal has been to create a space that serves the community.
Unfortunately, they’ve been hit with unexpected and urgent building repairs—costs the landlord refuses to cover. Now, they’re at risk of closing their doors unless we step in to help.
That’s why we’re launching this fundraiser: to give the Good Times team and our community a real shot at keeping this special place alive.
Our goal is to raise $75,000 to cover building repairs, keep the staff employed, and help the bar stay open during this critical time.
If you’ve ever had a drink here, enjoyed a meal, caught a show, performed on the wonderful stage, or simply laughed with friends under their roof—we ask you to help now.
Every donation, no matter the size, brings us closer to saving Good Times. And if you can’t donate, please consider sharing this campaign with others who might.
From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for your kindness and support.
With gratitude,
Friends of Good Times
