What is this?
So I built a thing called GODSend. It's basically a game delivery system for modded Xbox 360 consoles running the Aurora dashboard. You browse a library, pick a game, and it downloads and installs straight to your console. No hunting around sketchy sites, no complicated FTP transfers, just pick a game and play.
The whole thing runs on a CDN I built from scratch. There's a central server that coordinates everything (we call it the Brain), a 42TB origin server that stores the entire processed game library, and edge nodes that help serve downloads faster depending on where you are.
Right now we've got over 3,500 Xbox 360 games processed and ready to go, with 2,600+ original Xbox games being added as I write this. That includes XBLA titles and DLC content too. Pretty much the entire 360 library, preserved and accessible.

Why does this matter?
Microsoft shut down the Xbox 360 marketplace. Servers are going offline. Discs are failing. A lot of these games were never re-released on modern platforms and once they're gone, they're gone. We're talking about an entire generation of gaming that's just disappearing.
I grew up on the 360. A lot of us did. And I don't think that library should just vanish because Microsoft decided to move on. So I built GODSend to make sure anyone with a modded console can still access these games the way they were meant to be played, on the original hardware.

What I need help with:
The problem is servers cost money. I've been paying for everything out of pocket and it's getting hard to keep up with. The total infrastructure cost across three servers is about $250 a month. That covers the 42TB storage server, the coordination server on AWS, and edge node hosting.
I'm not making any money off this. Nobody involved is. Every dollar donated goes straight to keeping the servers running so people can keep downloading games.
$10 covers about a day. $50 covers about a week. $250 covers a full month.

What I've actually built:
This isn't a concept or a promise. It's running right now:
Over 3,500 Xbox 360 games processed into GOD format and served through the CDN. 2,600+ original Xbox games currently being processed. A full security system with console registration, access codes distributed through our Discord, and per console authentication. The client script on the Xbox auto updates itself so I can push fixes without asking everyone to manually update. Server monitoring that alerts me on Discord if anything goes down. A Wazuh SIEM setup monitoring all the servers for intrusion detection. The whole thing was designed so volunteers can run edge nodes to help serve downloads in their region.

How to help:
Donate whatever you can. Even a few bucks helps. If you can't donate, you can still help by volunteering to run an edge node if you have a server with spare bandwidth, or just spread the word to anyone who cares about game preservation or still has their 360 hooked up.
Join our Discord to get access, test things out, or just hang out with other people who still love the 360.
Thanks for reading this far. The Xbox 360 deserves better than being forgotten.
