Hi and thank you for taking a moment to read our story. My name is Tynisa. My mother, Gloria, whom most of you guys know either from working in ministry or at Pacific Bell, has recently been diagnosed with cancer. Those that know her know she is a private person and will likely be upset with me for asking for help, but at this point, it has come to a point financially with hospital/ER copays, chemo & immunotherapy co-pays, and medications alone, it’s financially taxing for us. She’s in desperate need of a new mattress or thick mattress topper as well as various other things that at this time are not covered by insurance. Family and friends, if I wasn’t in need of the help, I wouldn’t ask. If you can spare even the smallest of a donation, that would help. I could go on and on about how she has worked in many churches and on various levels of the church, how she worked for Pacific Bell for over 33 years, or how she has served every community she has lived in, feeding the less fortunate and for many providing a warm place to sleep without wanting anything in return.
