Hello family, friends, and kind strangers. My name is Kurt Czech, and I am reaching out for help for my brother Glenn Czech. On December 10, 2025, Glenn was admitted into the St. Cloud Hospital after experiencing flulike symptoms for several days. What started as a routine checkup quickly turned into a life-altering situation when doctors discovered he had bilateral pulmonary embolism (PE), with blood clots in both lungs and his right leg. As if that wasn’t enough, after further tests and a bone marrow biopsy, Glenn was diagnosed with acute myeloid leukemia (AML), an aggressive cancer of the blood and bone marrow that progresses rapidly and requires immediate treatment.
Glenn has spent the last several weeks in the hospital and is working towards his discharge to start the next chapter of his recovery. Glenn is now facing a long and difficult road ahead, with intensive treatments and hospital stays. The medical bills have already started to pile up, and the financial burden is overwhelming for our family. The funds raised through this campaign will go directly toward Glenn’s medical expenses, helping to ease some of the stress so he can focus on his recovery.
Any support you can offer would mean so much to Glenn and our family during this difficult time. Your kindness and generosity will make a real difference as we navigate through this challenging journey together. Thank you for keeping Glenn in your thoughts and for considering a donation to help him fight AML. Please kindly share this campaign with family, friends, and neighbors. I appreciate all of your help.
