Cancer changes everything. My husband and best friend was taken from me by AML, a devastating disease. For a long time, I devoted myself to caring for him and my father-in-law, putting their needs before my own. Now, as I face this new chapter alone, I am grateful for the camper I have to live in, but I am also aware of the challenges that come with it.
Living in a camper means space is limited, and I am in need of a building for storage and a small area where I can have a washer, dryer, and maybe a deep freeze, since my fridge is quite small. Having this space would help me regain some sense of normal life and independence as I adjust to these changes. It would provide comfort and stability, allowing me to move forward with hope.
I am reaching out for support from my community and anyone who feels moved to help. Your kindness will make a real difference in my life as I work to rebuild and find my footing again. Thank you and God bless.
