My name is Annette, and I am reaching out during the most difficult time of my life. My beloved husband, Glen G Pyburn, passed away unexpectedly on December 23, 2025. Glen was a proud Navy veteran who served from 1972 to 1975 aboard the USS Paul Revere and USS Camden. He was respected by his peers, deeply loved his family, and always looked out for others, keeping a smile on his face and faith in his heart.
Glen’s veteran pension and SSI were essential for keeping our household together. With his sudden passing, I am unable to access those benefits right away. I am now facing urgent bills—rent, car payments, the electric bill, food, and gas. My income can only cover so much, and I have been told I must wait for appointments before I can receive any survivor benefits. By that time, I fear I may lose our home and car, leaving me and my family without a place to stay or a way to get by. We have family in our household who have helped care for both me and Glen, but we are struggling to make ends meet.
Your support will help us cover these immediate needs and provide stability while we wait for the benefits Glen earned through his service. Any help you can give, or even sharing our story, will make a difference. Glen believed in helping others and keeping faith, and I hope that by reaching out, we can keep his legacy alive and inspire others. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for your kindness and support. My Son Glen Pyburn Jr is overseeing this account Thank You
