Support Glen Collins' Mission to Durban, South Africa

Hi, my name is Glen Collins. I am raising funds for a humanitarian/mission's trip to Durban, South Africa. The trip is scheduled for November 4 - 10, 2025.

Question. What comes to your mind when you read the words humanitarian/mission's trip? I think about going places and doing things to help people of all nationalities and ethnicities to overcome their current situation. Moreover, the image of getting down in the weeds to help someone and leave a lasting impact on their lives comes to my mind. My goal is always to try and impact people's lives in a positive manner. The last several years have revealed to us that all humanity requires support at one time or another. Therefore, I am answering the call to go and help someone that requires assistance and I am asking for your support!

Durban is the third largest city in South Africa, with a diverse population of approximately 3.4 million people. Also, Durban is a port city along the Indian Ocean. A vital component of this trip will be providing humanitarian aid (food, clothes, medication, etc.) to underprivileged people in various locations. The funds received will be used to cover the cost of airfare, lodging, food, and miscellaneous supplies.

As you ponder whether to support this cause or not, remember the words of Albert Schweitzer, "The purpose of human life is to serve, and to show compassion and the will to help others." Those in ministry understand that the call is free, but everything else comes at a cost! For me, this is an excellent opportunity to serve people in the context of their environment. So I ask again, please be generous in supporting this cause so that the team and I can show the people of Durban that ministry comes in many forms.
