Hi everyone,

I never imagined I’d be writing something like this, but our family is really struggling right now and we’re reaching out for help.

The night before our son’s 5th birthday, my partner Giovanny was in a terrible accident that completely totaled our work van. It’s a miracle he survived with only minor injuries — and I’m so grateful — but the accident has left us in a very difficult situation.

We had just started our small business and were finally finding some rhythm and income through deliveries and contracts. That van was our main source of livelihood. I’m currently on maternity leave, and we’re doing our best to provide for our children — but with the accident, everything just turned upside down.

We’re trying to stay afloat — to keep food in the house, cover the basics, and figure out how to recover and keep moving forward. It’s all felt like too much at once.
