Hi, I'm Giovanni. I'm raising funds for gender-affirming top surgery.

I bind every day, and it sucks. It's wearing on my ribs, back, and posture. This is uncomfortable and unsustainable. I already know who I am. But every day, I’m dealing with a body that makes life harder than it should be. This is partly a cosmetic choice, but it’s also about breathing easier, moving freely, and getting some relief from the physical and emotional toll of binding. Between my back, my ribs, and the cooked-shrimp-like posture I have to fight while binding, it's painful.

I need a body that stops working against me. I’m doing everything I can to prepare, though even with insurance, top surgery comes with out-of-pocket costs. Here’s some of what I’ll be responsible for:

The medications, compression vest, and wound care supplies ~$200-$300 ****(thanks to everyone so far, I've got most of these already!!)****

The surgery itself will be a max of $2,000, which puts my total needed at ~$2,300.

Final numbers may shift. I will update this bio accordingly, but this is the real range, and every bit helps.
