Support for Giovanni’s Recovery After Tragic Accident

On July 6th, 2025, our beloved friend, brother, and son Giovanni Johnson was involved in a tragic single-car accident in Dallas, Texas, where he was the passenger. The driver lost control and veered off the road, resulting in Giovanni sustaining critical injuries, including a broken hip, severe trauma to his neck, and damage to his spine that has led to a potential paralysis diagnosis.

Giovanni is currently in the ICU, undergoing a series of intense procedures and multiple surgeries to stabilize his condition. He will require long-term care, rehabilitation, and possibly permanent mobility support.

This GoFundMe has been created to help the Johnson family with:

    •    Ongoing hospital and surgical bills

    •    Physical therapy and rehabilitation costs

    •    Adaptive equipment and at-home care needs

    •    Loss of wages and family travel/housing support during this medical crisis

We are still waiting to understand the full cost of care, but our initial fundraising goal is $100,000 to begin addressing this life-changing event.
