Help Ginger the Mini Dachshund Heal After a Dog Attack

Hi, my name is Karen, and I’m reaching out on behalf of my sweet little girl, Ginger, a gentle and loving Mini Dachshund who recently survived a horrifying and unprovoked dog attack.

The trauma she endured was severe — she was shaken violently, leaving her with deep wounds, skin undermining, and a long road to recovery. She required emergency veterinary care, including:

• Stitches & staples

• MediHoney dressing changes

• Vet wrap, gauze, and wound cleanser

• Laser light therapy to support healing

• Second intention wound care for the areas that can’t be stitched

Despite everything, Ginger’s spirit remains strong. She’s fighting through the pain, resting, and healing one step at a time — wrapped in love, blankets, and hope.
