Hello friends and family, my younger sister Gina has debilitating Lupus and needed a full liver transplant to stay alive. Do to this disease, she has been unable to work for many years and is in need of financial help. She definitely feels like she won the lotto with finding a donor but the expenses related to a surgery like this are astronomical. So, I'm asking for your help--If you're able to give, please do.
