Dear friends, family, and kind-hearted strangers,

I hope this message finds you well. I am reaching out to share my medical status. Only through the grace of God am I here and have my family to help me write this. Recently, I suffered a stroke that has left me with some physical issues as well as seizures. I have completed inpatient rehab and am currently undergoing outpatient therapy. I have depleted my PTO from work and now find myself without income. I am not able to go back to work at this time until my doctor clears me.

My life has been turned upside down.
