Our dear friend and sister Gina Kuhn was assaulted last Sunday night in the Arts District, in an unprovoked attack by two drunk girls. She was hospitalized and treated for head and face injuries, but is now — thankfully — resting (un)comfortably at home. Like so many of us in this totally advanced society, Gina’s safety net is full of holes: no sick leave, no paid time off, no PTO. Our community is what we got.
