Support Gilbert's Journey to Mobility

Hi my name is Gilbert Smith I am a diabetic and I just had two different surgeries done. The first one was about a month ago and they removed the two toes that I had left well when I went to get a follow up the doctor said everything looked good, but the week after that everything went downhill I had to have part of my leg amputated so I'm put in a situation where I can't work and now I have to figure out how I'm going to pay for a ramp so that way I can get in my house so all these extra things that I need I'm not going to be able to afford. The insurance that I have will cover a wheelchair but that's all. Right now I feel lost and I'm not sure who to turn to.
