It's Greg Moyer from Chicago. My Dear friend Nir Nitzan from Israel wrote the following email to help Gilad Korngold Nir's good friend that is still being held hostage family. Feel free to reach out to me with questions and to confirm legitimacy. GIlad is still being held by Hamas and his wife and kids are out. See the link's to confirm the story. We have to help support them to get to the US to help raise money for the family. Help if you can :

The only assistance I ever requested was to give my name and email to your friends family and neighbors'

I have been involved in this heartbreaking story and I do need help
Gilad Korngold was a soldier in my Unit for many years and I had the privilege to be his commander and friend.
On Oct 7 Tal Shoham (Gilad's son), His Wife, Adi and their kids - Yael and Nave were kidnaped from Kibbutz Be'eri
They were at Kibbutz Beeri to Visit the parents of Adi, Tal's wife.
When the Hamas Terrorists got to the house and started breaking down the building, they went out
Tal Was thrown into a stolen car trunk while Adi and kids were locked up in the car - There was no room for Adi's father (the other grandfather) in the car so the terrorists Killed him in front of his family and left the body on the sidewalk
Adi and the Kids - Yael 3.5 and Nave almost 9 were released after 55 days of captivity and as one can imagine they are Totally lost after this experience and they need a lot of help - Most of it given by Gilad and His wife Nitza and few other family members
The Israeli Government - quite an evil one in my opinion on this days, is Not helping enough and recently even lowered the assistance
Gilad, and Nitza - his wife and partner in life since 10th grade, Are Trying to Get to some events of fund raising in the USA and they are about to give up as they have difficulties to fund the trip
This is where i'm stepping in and asking you all to try and do some to help them
The Trip they are looking at is budgeted at about $20,000 and the hope is that they will be able to speak and see people and collect some funding that will help them cross this very hard time - My Friend Gilad is too proud to ask and therefore I'm his voice asking for assistance
The list all BCC has on it some of my best friends in the USA and if most of us will send even small amount into the account under - Gilad's account - we will make it happen
The trip is scheduled to Sept 5-16 and I will be updating the Locations and time where Gilad will be speaking BUT If any of you wants - I will connect you directly to Gilad and Nitza
