Hi, my name is Gia. I didn’t want to ask for help but my situation keeps getting worse and worse, life has not given me a break.

In June 2025, I moved out of a bad situation into an apartment building my stepbrother managed, but didn't own. I moved from Allegheny County PA to Washington County PA, I kept my job in AC because I take public transit and Donora, PA is a dead town.

3 weeks ago, the owner of the building itself defaulted on his SBA loan. My apartment was in such rough shape that I decided I'm going to make the jump to Florida to live with my partner, who is going to pick me up. To take my mind off of things, I go rollerskating. Two days ago, I got into a rollerskating accident which led to a concussion and a facial laceration. Today, my electricity got shut off without any notice to myself or my stepbrother whose name the electric is in, but my scumlord pays it on my stepbrother's account. I should not be under any stress but this situation just heightened my stress immensely.

I will be leaving in a few days now but right now I need to try to get back on my feet. Anything helps, thank you.
