Support Gianni's Team in Their Time of Need

Dear Friends and Supporters,

Gianni’s Pizza has been a staple on Clark Street in Hudson Beach for over four decades. It’s been more than just a place to go and have a meal; it’s been a gathering spot, a celebration venue, and a home away from home for many of us. For over 43 years, Gianni’s Pizza has served delicious food, forged lifelong friendships, and provided a warm atmosphere for families and friends to come together.

But when Hurricane Helene swept through our community, she didn’t just bring high winds and heavy rain—she brought devastation. Gianni’s Pizza, with its welcoming atmosphere and familiar smells, was severely damaged. We took on a lot of water; the kitchen flooded, the dining area flooded, equipment was lost, and hearts are broken. What was once a cozy, familiar place filled with laughter, love, and full bellies was left in ruins.

At a time like this, we must not forget the true heart and soul of Gianni’s Pizza, and that’s the incredible staff that you’ve come to know and love over the years. While businesses have insurance and can recoup some of their losses, employees don’t have the same opportunities to recoup their economic losses.

For 37 years, Meg, the face and heartbeat of Gianni’s Pizza, has been greeting customers, memorizing orders, serving delicious food with a smile (or a joke), and has been a friend to MANY. Randi has been working behind the scenes for many years too, in the kitchen, creating soups and other tasty dishes that delight your palate upon every visit. Jacob, the pizza sidekick, has also been a part of our team for years, and he’s been busy slinging your favorite pizza and dazzling your taste buds with the best pizza in town. Other servers, like Megan, who happily greet you and tend to your every wish while at Gianni’s, have also suffered tremendous losses. The economic impact on the workers is immeasurable. The team at Gianni’s Pizza is second to none, and now they desperately need your help while they remain out of work.

We are launching this GoFundMe campaign to show the team how loved they are, and to help them cover their basic needs and living expenses while their community rebuilds and they get reestablished. Our goal is to raise $25,000, which will provide essential financial assistance to our employees while they navigate this challenging time.
