Hello everyone, my name is Gianna, and I am starting this fundraiser for myself as I face a difficult medical journey that began in May 2026. What started as a trip to the ER, thinking my appendix was bursting, has turned into months of severe pain, nausea, weakness, and constant uncertainty. Doctors found a mass in my lower abdomen and another in my uterus, and since then I have been in and out of appointments and procedures trying to find answers and healing. On my worst days, I cannot hold food down, get around on my own, or function the way I used to. As time goes on, the pain has only worsened, and I am now seeing an oncologist in hopes of getting answers and relief.

This has taken a huge toll on every part of my life. I have built up overwhelming medical bills, and I am also struggling to keep up with everyday living expenses because I have not been able to work or care for myself like I normally would. The support from this fundraiser will help me pay for medical bills, future treatments, possible surgeries, and the basic expenses I need to get through each week while I focus on my health.
