Hello, my name is Gianna, and I'm Transgender.

I am reaching out to raise funds for something very important to me: Facial Feminization Surgery. As I navigate my transition, I've come to realize that this surgery is a key step in helping me feel more comfortable in my own skin. It would give me the confidence to fully embrace who I am and present myself in a way that feels more authentic to my identity.

Like many transgender people, I've spent a long time struggling with dysphoria, and this surgery would help alleviate much of the emotional and psychological strain I've been experiencing. Being able to feel at peace with my appearance would be life-changing, and I truly believe it will help me grow in ways I can't even fully express yet.
