Hi everyone, our names are Arianna and Josh, and we truly appreciate you taking the time to read our Gigi’s story.

In February 2025, our hearts were shattered by the discovery that our Gianna was diagnosed with a rare and aggressive neuroendocrine tumor - Insulinoma. She was only 4 years old at the time. Fortunately we caught the signs early, but by the time we got to surgery we confirmed the tumor had metastasized and spread to multiple lymph nodes. Our vet made their best efforts to remove what they could, but we were unable to remove all impacted areas due to surgical complications.

Gianna is the heart and soul of our family, a go-lucky dog that is full of life and brings endless joy to every person or animal she meets. She loves nothing more than outdoor explorations and getting treats from her parents. We are truly blessed to say that today, for the most part, Gigi is still thriving and just as eager to live every day to the fullest. With that said, we had to adjust to major life changes and financial obstacles such as a strict diet, limited playtime/walks, recurring specialist visits, blood work, and chemo medical treatment in the hopes of giving Gianna the best chance at a long, fruitful life.

Any money donated will be used to help ease the accumulation of debt, as well as paying for future costs to give our beloved Gianna the best chance to keep fighting the good fight. If you are unable, we only ask that you share her story so that we can continue to do whatever we can to give her the best chance at continuing to bring love and joy to those around her.
