Support Giacomo Deluca Sr.'s Battle with Melanoma

Hello everyone, I am reaching out to help out my brother-in-law Giacomo Deluca Sr. My brother-in-law has been struggling through the past 6 months with aggressive melanoma with a rare mutant gene that is not curable. Giacomo has been through so much in this short period of time that it's now come down on him physically, emotionally, and financially. Since his diagnosis, he has been unable to work and has had trouble with his medical bills, house bills, as well as food. Giacomo is a very prideful man; however, it has come to a time now that we need help. Every scan that he is now getting every 3 months has a deductible that is hard for him to get the finances together. He has enough just for his mortgage payment and my sister's social security just to make a few ends meet. (Until we can sell his house.) During this time, Giacomo is completing infusions every 3 weeks. Giacomo has been back and forth for testing to try to slow this rapid and heart-breaking disease. He travels from Elkton to downtown Baltimore to see the best doctors at UMMC and Johns Hopkins. Unfortunately, this has not slowed down his disease. Since May, it has traveled from a mole on his chest to his lungs, kidneys, lymph nodes, and metastasized to all his bones. His pain has been unbearable; however, we are now getting him on palliative medication. However, this as well has been an issue with getting the funds to cover the cost of this. He is such an amazing family man and loves everyone to the fullest. This just breaks my heart, and I am asking anyone if they can to please find it in their hearts to help if you can in any way. Any amount would be greatly appreciated and help so very much. I am not sure how long this struggle will be until he can no longer go through this battle; however, if you are unable to donate, please pray for comfort for him and his entire family during this battle.
