Support Geshe Jampa Kunchog's Legal Battle

My name is Geshe Jampa Kunchog. I have been a Tibetan Buddhist monk living within this tradition for 50 years and was educated in Sera Jey University in India for 20 years.

For the last 17 years I have been the caretaker of my mother following the death of my father. During this time I have been the primary caretaker, my mother is now 92.

My father was very kind and provided my mother with a comfortable retirement. I have three siblings now fighting for control over my mother and her possessions.

My older sister has won guardian and now is denying me calls or visitation.

My mother has slight demencia but understands what is happening. Callss and visitations have been restricted because my mother asks why is she doing. I talked to a lawyer and was told what my sister is doing is wrong.

I am a poor monk and need financial assistance to bring this to court. Consultation with a lawyer can very expensive. My sister a environmental lawyer is wealthy using her wealth to control the present situation.

I am temporary handicapped and living in a nursing home going through therapy. Thank you foryou consideration. This challenge must go to court.
