We're reaching out today to ask for your help in supporting our beloved Father Gerald Chun Taite in his battle against Multiple System Atrophy (MSA).

Most of you may know our father as (Gerry), well Gerry was diagnosed with advanced-stage MSA and is facing a difficult journey. On Tuesday night, Gerry lost consciousness and fell, suffering a laceration to his right eye and multiple undisplaced fractures to his face, orbital socket, and his jaw. He had to be rushed to West Shore Hospital Emergency. *** MSA is a progressive neurological disorder that affects many bodily functions, including movement, balance, and speech. The medical expenses have already begun to accumulate and the ongoing treatment costs are a significant burden. We are hoping to raise funds to help cover these expenses, including:

In-home care: 24 Hr certified Caregiver, to ensure Gerry's comfort and

safety at home.

Equipment: Specialized equipment that can improve Gerry's quality of life.
