Support Georgia's Quest for the Golden Spurtle Championship

Greetings,

I have been accepted as a competitor in the 31st Annual International Spurtle Contest in Carrbridge, Scotland this October. The competition involves making porridge with a traditional Scottish stirring utensil called a Spurtle. There are two heats, one traditional and one savory.

Currently, I am your 2023 and 2024 reigning Champion of the Midnight Sun Spurtle Competition at the Alaska Scottish Highland Games.

I need your help in bringing an International Title back to Alaska and am currently seeking your sponsorship for travel and expenses.

I believe we have as good a chance as any at bringing home the title. I have put much effort and time into creating my recipes and will surely bring my culinary artistry, kitchen witchery and all around Alaskan homestead spunk to the competition.

Porridge has been my daily staple and safe food after receiving a diagnosis of Chronic Pancreatitis in 2022. I need your help because I would love to show the world how to live with this disease and do so in style, one simple bowl of oatmeal at a time.
