Urgent Help Needed: Bring Georgia Home After the Devastating Loss of Her Beloved Luis
With unimaginable sorrow, we share the sudden and heartbreaking loss of Luis Chancey—a devoted husband, loving father, and cherished grandfather. After bravely facing health struggles, Luis passed away unexpectedly, leaving his wife of 46 years, Georgia, utterly broken and alone.
Luis and Georgia’s love story spanned nearly five decades, filled with laughter, memories, and a deep bond that nothing could break. Together, they raised wonderful children, Heather and John, and held close the memory of their son Cameron who has passed. Their greatest joy was their 11 grandchildren who treasured every moment with their beloved Grandpa Luis.
In 2021, they moved from Washington to Perry, Florida, hoping for peaceful golden years. But now, with Luis gone, Georgia is left isolated in a place far from her family—the very people who are her heart and soul. The pain of this loss is overwhelming, and the thought of her facing this alone, so far away from Heather and the grandchildren who give her strength, is unbearable.
We are desperate to bring Georgia back home to Washington—to the family and love she so desperately needs to heal. The financial and emotional weight of this move, combined with funeral and final expenses, is crushing. Without help, Georgia will be left alone in a distant state, isolated in her grief.
Please, if you have even the smallest ability to help, donate to ease this unbearable burden. Your support will provide the means to honor Luis’s memory with a dignified farewell and reunite Georgia with the family she cannot live without. If donating is not possible, please share this plea far and wide. Every share, every bit of kindness brings Georgia closer to the comfort of home and the embrace of those who love her most.
This is more than a relocation—it is a lifeline. Let’s come together to lift Georgia up from this darkness. From the depths of our hearts, we thank you for your compassion, generosity, and for helping us bring her back where she belongs.
